Deadeye Far Shot and Barrage "extra effect"

The bonus effect of Deadeye's ascendancy Far shot
"Projectile Barrages have no spread"
should be inherited from Far Shot and not a bonus in Deadeye's ascendancy.

This would enable other builds around Scion Deadeye ascendancy and all unique items that grant Far shot, like The Fledgling and Lioneye's Glare to use Projectile Barrages more propertly.
