Flicker Build

Hi

i "cooked" up an Elemental Flicker, i do know that there are way better ways to build Flicker Strike but i realy wantet to make it work with the Witch.

So here is the Pastbin for PoB
I hope to get comments on how to make it better, since i do not have to mutch Endgame experiance.
