[3.19] Lightning Strike Build | Raider | Lake of Kalandra | Path of Exile 3.19

Hey guys, here is lightning strike raider build. Using Doryani's Prototype and this item has "Nearby Enemies have Lightning Resistance equal to yours" mod. So we reduce our lightning resist as much as we can. Also using Hand of Wisdom and Action (Howa) and this item gives us "Adds 1 to 10 Lightning Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Intelligence". This is how this build scales. I manage to hit 2033 int at level 94.

- Hight Budget: 50+ div


Split Personality: Using two of them.
+5 to Intelligence, +5 to maximum Energy Shield
+5 to Intelligence, +5 to Strength

Accuracy: Shaper's Touch (+4 accuracy per 2 int)
