Looking for guidance, Raider Cold Flicker

I'm playing this character based on someone from the ladderboards on poe ninja.

But he changed his gear into clusterjewel flicker.

Now is my question: Is there something for me to improve big times or do I need to go full cluster too?

Never liked the Clusterjewels all together, but accepted them as the "next big step".

This is my first flicker and I don't even know if I'm missing something really big or if its fine!?
