Xbox: can’t connect to group.

I can’t connect to group either by Xbox invite, or in game group invite feature. Both parties NAT settings are open. Anyone else come across this? Any help would be great!

My friend is having the same issue. I was wondering if you've found a solution yet. Been checking everywhere and have found nothing helpful.
