[PS4] Map fog of war progress resets on zone transition

Ever since the last patch, if I exit a zone for any reason (death, waypoint, portal, Vaal side area) the server frequently completely forgets what areas I have explored.

Re-entering the zone looks like I have never been there and the map has to ge explored anew if I haven't finished previously.

Only non-loading screen transitions like Stairs or travelling to a Mine Cart in Delve do not reset the map progress for me.

This is typically a result of your PS4 system cache being full. You can clear your system cache by powering the console down and disconnecting its power for at least 30 seconds then trying the game again.

This did not solve the issue.

Unplugged power for 5 minutes and restarted from cold boot.

Still losing fog of war progress.

Deleting and reinstalling fixed the problem, though it took a few hours.
