Scourge Debuffs

I know it's not possible to hover over debuff icons on xbox but could you please add a section under the map modifiers menu please( specifically scourge debuffs ), thank you.

Also, I know we don't have alot of screen space but maybe shift the UI up a little and have debuffs on their own bar, would help greatly.
