Need syndicate operative to raise spectre , help me pls

Try and search on youtube for a guide on how to make a specter bank... there are multiple videos about it. I know Zizaran has one on his channel. Basicaly you jsut need to lvl a character to a specific level so you can open the portal and create the corpses you need, but look it up because its easy.
