For some time now I've been trying to log into my account "https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/Bambusfresser" and noticed that it didn't work, so I changed the account details so that I can play again.
Now the problem is that while I can play with it, my progress, all my characters, and my microtransactions are gone.

Why is the account banned?

What can I do to get my account back?
