not letting me log in on ps5

wasn't letting me log in. just kept saying connecting to server. closed the game still nothing wasn't even seeing my account. trying to redownload now is the server down or something?

My ps4 gave me an error of 'cannot connect to internet', or something like that. I tested other apps, though, and do have an internet connection.

Thanks for your report.
What gateway are you trying to connect to and have you tried connecting to other ones? You can do this by pressing Triangle on the login screen to open Options and it will be at the top of the list. |

There's a PSN problem right now.
