Enchanted item drops and rolls.

I was wondering when you use an enchant is it completely random or is it based off of strength, dex or intelligence that you get a mod similair. Example, youre character is dexterity prominent you get a dexterity based enchant like caustic arrow or whatever. Thanks

" 100% random. NONE of the loot or rolls in PoE are "smart loot" ala D3. The only things affected by your class are the quest rewards. |
