Ignite explosive Arrow Deadeye

I drew this up a couple weeks ago and it's doing pretty alright, Id say it's a little squishy but I'm a lot more used to armour builds. Any tips to oomph it up a little? I'm still working on the rares I'm using so a lot of those aren't in the build.
