Help with a special build

Hello, i was an old path of exile player, i had a shadow at 32 the last time i played, now im back and i want to do a special build, first of all im trying to complete the act 3, create a scion and then do it tank, life steal and necromancer, its possible? is there any build so special like that, what stats must pick for that? or some tips for that? i want to enjoy this new experience and play path of exile all i can, i hope u can help me, thanks a lot
