[PS4] Necro Critique please

I know the first thing is to finish leveling my gems, But I would like to make sure I'm heading for glory and not disappointment.
I just got a nice enchantment from Uber Lab on my helm, I finally slammed my lvl72 1/1 Convoking wands the other day(not the greatest but at least I have a pair for under 3 exalts).
So my questions are:
Where do I improve next?
Are my gem setups badly flawed anywhere?
What (if any) enchantments work well with this build for boots and gloves?
