Arctic Armour

This is what we're lookin' like so far.






Only gem level 7, requiring character level 28 (level 1 requires char level 10). But it's reducing a bit of flat already, at -25. Last level it gained 4, as opposed to the 3 I've been noticing. So it either is going up at a higher growth per level, or perhaps I haven't noticed it actually goes up 3.5 a level. We'll see!




But I'm curious if anyone's found a quality, yet. This skill seems pretty potent, but equally so in the mana it drains, and I'd say it requires Clarity to be ran.

+0.2% Movement Speed/Q apparently. Or so I read on reddit.

So good news! It scales better as you level.

If possible, can you test and report the changes on the following:

1. Attach blood magic + concentrated affect
2. Attach Iron Will
3. Use together with righteous fire

Blood Magic did not make it drain my health.

Iron Will did not give it any tooltip information differences. It would be pretty hard to test if it actually has the effect you're thinking of, but outside the tooltip.



Righteous Fire was not slowed down in its rapid disintegration of my ES then health :P Made sure several times.




I don't have Concentrated Effect, but I'm thinking we know the general gist here.

Additionally, Reduced Mana seems to have no effect. Neither to the tooltips, nor in my physical tests.

doesn't use mana (drains)so reduced mana shouldn't have an effect
