Howa wander

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a HoWa wand build with CI. I have looked around but apparently it is not an usual build.

I would greatly appreciate if someone could share his build, I am really lame at building/using pob...

HOWA is a claw, I don't think you can dual wield a wand with non-wand weapon, so I have no idea how can a build be both a HOWA and a wand build at the same time?

with wands like those.

But no build published, i am thinking about paying ex for a build.

I can design you one when I find some time, but int stacking ele wander is probably worse than regular mirrored ele wander or phys wander.


What are your parameters? Ehp pool and dps?
