Seeking assistance with a build.

I'm not very good at making builds but I wanted to try out the Pledge of Hands staff now that they've buffed it quite a bit. I'm looking for any way to improve my new build, any help would be much appreciated.

You might notice that that staff in PoB just says "Socketed Gems deal 35% more spell damage" well this is because PoB has yet to update to the new Pledge of Hands so I changed the staff to make it a little more appropriate to the new effects.
