Character Inventory doesn't Show on Site and unable to import Character in PoB
Like the Title says I'm unable to import any of my characters into path of building (i get a 404 error) for a couple of days, and my inventory doesn't show when I click on my character portrait but my cosmetic items are displayed.
Did I miss a setting or something or is this currently bugged? I tried googling the issue but couldn't find anything about it. I play on PS4 Zuletzt angestoßen am 05.07.2019, 19:41:48

did you went through a psn name change? because I just noticed if I log into my ps account here my old name is showing and apparently it is working (importing a character in PoB) for other people.
will try creating a character with another profile to confirm next time I get the chance Zuletzt bearbeitet von GrobuIon#9985 um 30.06.2019, 13:39:54

Yeah I have the same issue. I was told by Jeff to contact support@grindinggear.com. I've message them twice and still no response back.

For those of your experiencing this, this is due to PSN name changes. You'll need to contact Support@grindinggear.com and they'll be able to further assist you.

" Will do, thanks for the reply |

" And for those of us that haven't changed our PSN names...what then? My PSN name has never changed and I also can't see anything from my inventory on the website. Equipment shows fine, but not the inventory. |

" I think you have to enable it in your privacy settings because it was turned off by default if i remember correctly |

" I've tried it enabled (public) and hidden (private). Even with the private setting I should be able to see it myself as long as I'm logged in, so it isn't working properly either way. |
