Need help! 1H and Shield Cyclone slayer

Anyone know a 1h and shield cyclone duelist build? Im interested in a highy tanky type cyclone, was wondering if anyone knows of any builds for the current tree, or if theres any guides? Im having difficulty finding any. Any help appreciated, thanks!
