Can’t connect to PlayStation Network

Everytime I hit “X” or “options” to start playing I get a ‘cannot log in because “PlayStation Network” cannot be reached’ message. I know I have internet that’s connected to the PSN because I can play other games online just fine.

Don’t feel bad,I cannot connect, on my main account!

Unfortunately I had,use my new account.

To get the game to work.

Other way around connect to friends room on your main account.

To do go in your psn, menu see he,or she has,a room open connect through psn friends list!

Until they get this patch that’s only I was able to log in.

Make don’t leave your friends room.

Otherwise get the stupid error message

How Annoying this is I hope there is a fix!

Otherwise I have no idea how log with getting disconnected.

Getting that stupid menu dashboard error

Grinding gear games has there work cut out for them.

I'm Having the same issue.

Disconnected
Cannot log in because "PlayStation Network" cannot be reached.
I have same issue. I was able to log in fine when game released for PS4. The next league (after it got released on ps4) I started getting this error message too. I have not discovered a way to fix it since! Tried reinstalling .. nothing.
My ps4 store works fine, I also have a ps4 plus and other games work online just fine.

Please help.
I thought i was the only one getting this but i'm glad to see i'm not. It has gotten worse recently and i know its not my internet as i was doing 6 man raids in destiny with 0 problems then i log into PoE and BAM connection error has occurred within the time it takes to open a map and enter the portal.
Go into the network settings and hit Test Internet Connection. Let it run all the way and it should fix it.
Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.

Please stop giving terrible advice.

This PSN issue was wide spread, it was on Sony's end, "testing your network" isn't going to fix their servers.

*shakes head*

It's an excellent "First Step" suggestion for any console troubleshooting. A user needs to be sure, first, that they're connecting properly even if there's an outage.
