[3.6] Doryani's Abyssal Fister

Just an extremely rough outline of a build I'm currently in the process of trying out. Basically stacking a fuckton of Abyss Jewels and putting the 600% damage effectiveness of Doryani's Fist to good use I guess.

Honestly open to suggestions and any other form of guidance since I'm kinda just winging it at this point.
