Can't teleport with portal scroll out of a map after you've re-entered a map after delving

Game says "disconnected from server" and prevents you from getting out of the map if you're trying portaling out of a map after going out for delve.

So basically, I was mapping, Niko Spawned and since my sulphite was capped i decided to spend some time delving (either trying to burn some or to gain enough azurite for a cap increase) before collecting the nodes.
So i teleported out, went to encampment, did some delves and re-entered the map. After clearing I couldn't get out of the map using portal scrolls.

Steps to reproduce :

1) Join a map.
2) get out
3) Delve
4) join the previously created map
5) try exiting from the map

Happened 2 times in a row (Pier and then Fields), I don't know if niko spawning or the specific maps are related to the bug reproduction, but still, more info the better.

I wanted to create a post about it. This bug is as old as Delve league existed. I thought it'd be fixed since, as it was a 100% reproducible bug afaik.
I got it again and lost 1500 sulphites :(.

I was close to full in sulphite, did 2 delves at 900+ sulphites each before coming back and taking the first node and i saw it gave me 1500. I took the 2nd : +1300. Wanted to tp back but i couldn't (cf. screenshot). So i wanted to clear the map, put a tp near the 3rd node on the way to the boss and exit to character screen to come back in the hideout but the instance was lost, i came back in a clean hideout without the remaining portals for the map i was in.

The OP explains quite well the issue and how to reproduce it. And as i said, i'm pretty sure this is easily reproducible if not a 100% reproducible bug.

Just a message to say this bug is still there. It just occured to me in Infested Valley. I was close to my current 22k cap, tp'ed out, did some delve, thought it'd be enough, came back in the map and saw each node gave 1k sulphite so after 2 i wanted to go back in the mine a bit, i couldn't : "Failed to join any instance".
