Which of the claws is the best one for a stack-stick build?

this is one of my first characters and i am following this build:

The guide says exactly to watch first for attack speed, then crit chance and lastly for elemental dps.

I want to buy one of those three claws. I cant estimate if 0.1 attacks per second more is good enough to compensate missing 100 elemantal dps or if its a big differents in total to have 8% crit chance instead of 7.5%. thats why i am asking.
