GGG support response time? (Restore account)

Hi there. Try to restore my account for 1.5 mounths. Usually GGG support replied in 1-3 days, asked me all data about account. Then, 2 weeks delay time (I guess it was GGG holiday time). After that, they replied and asked me to create throwaway account, log in and create character.
I did and provide information. And now I'm waiting for 6 days since my last answer to GGG support. I did not send any multiple emails to them. I just want my account back! I heard you have problems with physical goods and supporter packs, but still, would you please end my account restoration process please?
