Help with Cold Scion Blade Vortex build

Hi all, I'm fairly new to the game and trying to push my current build further. It's based off a mathil Delve build from last league. Found a couple exalted orbs the other night and I'm looking for an upgrade, but don't know what to upgrade next. Any suggestions would be awesome, thanks!
