cast when damage taken (6lvl) + phase run (8lvl) + blood rage (10lvl) + immortal call (8lvl) =skill can't be used

By "can't be used" you mean you can't cast them? That's normal.

" You cant use skills that are supported by CWDT, this is completely normal. The only way those skills will be used are when they are triggered by CWDT. |

A skill can be used manually or be supported by Cast When Damage Taken. You're complaining that you can't use it manually, and showing us people who are intentionally having Cast When Damage Taken trigger those skills for them. I'm not sure what you want us to say.
We aren't saying that what those people are doing doesn't work. We're just saying that they aren't using the skills the way you're trying to (or that you misunderstand what the message means). "This skill cannot be used" is confirmation that the skill will be triggered automatically by Cast When Damage Taken. That is intentional in those builds. Either you want it to work that way or you don't. Let's try to simplify things a bit - you are linking skill gems to Cast When Damage Taken support. Which ones do you want to be triggered by it? Which do you want to use yourself? "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish.
