2x Void Battery - Can't get Power Charges (Arc Totem)

I'm running Arc Totem and using 2x Void Battery. I put in my 6L Soul mantle Power Charges on Crit gem but I can't get any... Do you guys have some hint to get at least one? Not sure how it should work for this... Thank you in advance!

Because Power Charges on Crit will make your totems gain charges ?
