Looking for feedback on my Cleave Slayer

This is the budget version right now but it also includes some other expensive items as well. I was able to get above 3 million dps with elder items and such. I also have a Vaal Pact version but I have heard of a veiled mod that gives Vaal Pact. Any input or critique would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Anyone out there? Or does anyone know of a better place to ask for build critique?
