[3.6] Lancing Steel / Shattering Steel not benefiting from 50 % of champion ascendancy?

Short question:
The new skills "Lancing Steel" and "Shattering Steel" don´t benefit from the small nodes leading to "Unstoppable Hero", "Fortitude" and "First to Strike, Last to Fall" and the "Unstoppable Hero" Node itself because the skills are not tagged as "melee", right? " i dont think we have the actual gem shown to us yet so we dont have a full list of tags but you will still benefit from the attack speed and ailment bonuses skills like blade flurry are tagged as melee but can strike at screens away high chance of being tagged melee as its a str/dex gem |

Since Impale is a debuff and not an Ailment, it in itself will not benefit from the nodes at all.
