[Help] Ngamahu Molten Strike Slayer

is this even viable enough for endgame content (shaper, u-elder etc etc)? or should i better go with any of the cyclone slayer builds?

i know i havent choosen gear in the PoB. i mainly set the mandatory legys. rest of the gear will be rares with enough resis and life. maybe someone has an idea for another good legy? (long term goal: watchers eye with extra fire dmg mod).

any adviced what to do better (if its viable..)?
