problem with The Cathedral Rooftop

2 days i was trying to enter The Cathedral Rooftop. Every time i'm trying to enter it.
It starts to load and loading screen is rly long for my pc. Like 30 sec and then it kick me to log-in screen with message at bottom left that say "an unexpected disconnection occurred". I play on Frankfurt gateway but i tryed diffrent ones like Paris and other. I dont have any other problems with any other zone well i cant try act 6-10 because i'm stuck at act 5. I dono why but rules say i need to post MTR test so here it is. https://pastebin.com/udBa7Law

Same problem. Once i managed to reach Kitava, but during fight run out of flasks, so i tp in town. Guess what? When i try to tp back, an unexpected disconnect occured.
So many people already farm shaper and im still in act 5.

i need to add that i was thinking maybe i have somthing wrong with client. So i uninstalled one from steam and installed one from pathofexile.com. but it didnt helped.

ok so i found a stupid way to fix it. you need to change directx version to 11 and do all things in The Cathedral Rooftop. Then when you get to Lioneye's you can change it back to 9.
