Please help me make a tree (CI Occultist Crit Kinetic Blaster)

Hey! I'm quite new to build making, and was wondering if anyone could give me some good tips or help me craft a tree for a CI Occultist Crit Kinetic Blaster. I really would like to play one unstinting ghost reaver and vaal pact but I just cannot seem to find a build on here doing it.

Thank you so much to anyone willing to help in advance, my budget for this build is limited to around 2 exalted.

Just curious because I've been looking at making a Wander too, why Occultist? I get the power charge on crit, but this can be obtained through multiple other ways; Power charge on crit gem / herald of ice + curse on hit + assa's mark.

Raider makes more sense to me due to frenzy charges and the onslaught buff etc.

Because I plan on going CI, profane bloom is really good, dual curse is really good, 1 extra power charge is nice.

You make a very good point though, I did dabble with the idea of raider but ultimately decided to play CI no life.
