Powerful precision question

Hi All,

I've done some searhing but i cant find it. So im posting the question here.

Does anyone know if the rule "Attack projectiles Return to You after hitting targets" from the powerful precision node apllies to the projectiles of frost blades?

I've read they dont hit the same target twice. But they dont hir the initial target you hit with the melee part of skill right?
