Liege of the Primordial question

Hi, regarding the passive skill from the Elementalist ascendancy tree, "Liege of the Primordial"
I can get:
"40% increased Damage of each Damage Type for which you have a matching Golem" and
"+1 to Maximum number of Golems" etc.

Does this effect stack with 2 matching golems, which mean 80% inc in cold dmg if i have 2 ice golem?

No, it doesn't say 'per golem'.
