Account issue – accidental purchase on second account

Hello,

I had an issue where I couldn’t log into my account for about a day. During that time, I assumed I had lost access and created a second account, where I also made a purchase.

After regaining access to my main account, I realized that I still have 150 points left on the second account. I also already spent 50 points there, as I thought I would continue using it.

I understand that transfers between accounts are normally not possible, but since this situation happened due to the login issue and my misunderstanding, I wanted to ask if there is any way this case could be reviewed.

I would really appreciate any help or guidance on this.
