This is my submission:
Main focus is the witch, who has both hands raised in a relaxed spell casting pose, possibly floating. In both hands she summons a zombie and a skeleton. The zombie is partially in the ground, forcing its way up. The Skeleton is partially dismembered, its bones coming together. The witch holds a wand in one hand, glowing and arcane colour. Her eyes glow blue through the shadow covering her eyes. In the background a necromancer looms over (or maybe dominus?) in the shadows, hands poised as if controlling a puppet. A very badly drawn image for better reference:
