Unable to connect to patching server

Try reboot your router. It might fix the problem since i suspect it has something to do with your router.

Just want to add my solution to this problem:

Exit Dropbox. It doesn't connect to patching server while uploading to Dropbox, even though I had the bandwidth. Since I recently added 300 GB to my dropbox folder, this problem easily lasted long enough for me to realize the cause - I got the hint after reading someone's solution was to exit a torrent client haha.

I 've had this problem but i fixed it by right clicking on the game and running it as an administrator.
