We can get far better essence crafted items under 5exalts. Yes those are peculiar rolls, but I don't see it fitting any build at all. If people go gloves, spiked gloves with attack speed and phys dmg is the way.
Belt has no resists and no flaskfinder goes life afaik. Ring has no int roll, so howa wont like it even though it has nice wed and craft. Good luck selling it. If something isn't on market, that doesn't mean it is valuable. Popular builds make the demand. ps. checked your search conditions, found 8-40c items that differ very little from the ones you listed. ps.2. Oh wait it's standard, that's even worse.
