I actually did check, and in my opinion, CS is the most important roll si it not ? I can't decide how to price it since void battery is one of those items that can go from 7 to 12 EX or more.. " I am not sure how much of a difference 9% CS would make since that is like 0.09, but the more the better. Still, it is the most important mod since power charges are pretty much CS as well. Good luck on the sale, if you happen to sell it. Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

CS is the thing that makes a wand/scpeter >>>> dagger for a caster. A wand with 80% SPELL and 0 CS and some crit may sell for some gcps, while a wand with 20 cs and 80%spell and good crit can sell for several ex.
