This seems like it could be a decent CI shield:

Hard to consider it "best" but surely I dropped a weird 2H sword considering its dps, which is mostly elemental



Now I just have to find if it's worth something or is just a decorative waepon to put over my fireplace xD

Quite a poor day, the sword was the only "interesting" thing :/

I'm only level thirty and i have never even seen a unique item T_T (except for in the chat) and i'm pretty sure if i ever get one i'd be so happy, i'd throw a party with myself and my cats and have a massive cake in the shape of the item and start crying because what sort of loner only has parties with herself?
