hey, do you have high budget pob for 3.25?

hi, how much CDR do you need for a budget build?

27% is easy to do with saboteur jewel (flsh/flame), dirt cheap too.
but man, this build is pretty much neutered.
I have managed to make it work.
but good lord, it is terrible to play.
GGG had done the dirty for this build, what a shame.

Terrible to play? Looks like you didn't adapt to new changes, damage was the only thing that got nerfed. Also, it's possible to have over 2000 ward with the olroths flask up this league if you have 50 div to spend on an energy shield light of meaning, but whatever, keep telling people that this build sucks.

I feel like i should have more dmg compared to the amount of div i spent on this build. Im following the omni version, are there any upgrades i could do for more damage?
