how did you get ailment avoid in 3.19 POB? it says 100% avoid but i dont see any of it on gear/tree or PoElements, I'm really confused how you got avoid.

yo, i have been away from PoE since the end of scourge league and looking to come back and this build caught my eye. Since I dont know anything about the economy in recent leagues or what is meta how cheap is this build to get going as a league start? are you like competing with a lot of other builds for items etc

" Look at page 1 of the guide under Gem links. Purity of Elements is listed. That’s the ailments avoidance. If you prefer, you can run malevolence, I switch them out from time to time depending where I am in the level and what I’m doing. If i were level 100 (lol), I’d use malevolent all the time. |

Is the PoB for 3.20 the same as for 3.19 with the new talent tree changes?
