If you can't reserve enough mana for aspect of the spider, I would suggest taking the supreme Ego node as someone mentioned earlier in the thread.
It will skyrocket your Hatred effect and boost your dps quite a lot. If you can add a non-curse aura effect medium cluster on top of it all with 35% effect of small nodes and vengeful commander, it will kick ass.You need to get disorienting display on one of your cluster as well, it will blind enemies near you and save your life quite a bit.

You'll also have less mana reserved so you can find better rings that does not need - mana cost to skills, so you can look for added cold or physical damage.

Also, get some more dex in there !! Why are not all your rings and amy at +20% attributes modifiers with catalyst ? ( I think it's intrinsic), You need +115 on your amulet and 60 dex on each ring.

The belt too, it's really bad, you should have +18% to attributes instead of 8%, if you don't have the resists, just buy or roll some resist jewels. you can have about 40% total resist on a jewel for cheap, even with some % cold damage if life is too expensive.

All around, I'd say the whole build is based on having a ton of dex so GO.GET.MORE. I'm sitting at 1400 and believe me, Bosses can't move while I smash their freezed asses to Oblivion.

What do you mean you can't run Aspect? As in you don't have enough reserved to equip it? Or, you can, but you don't have enough remaining mana to attack/dash?

You should have no mana issues at your level, but I do see you have Second Wind linked to Blood and Sand, which is a mana multiplier. Gotta fix those boots.
