Can someone compare Vel's Duelist Hollow Palm to this one?
I've played the Ice Crash version to 95 in two leagues and loved it. Would love to play it a 3rd time - I'm wondering if the Duelist version is as strong or stronger ... |

So with this build as a league start, do you just do frostblades until hollow palm drops or do you farm currency for hollow palm?
