[3.20] ❄️❄️ Velyna's Hollow Palm Ice Crash ❄️ ❄️ Leaguestart Section | Hidden and Feared Viable

Hey, thank you for the guide! It's been fun so far, and I've enjoyed it more than I did Hollow Palm Infernal Fist I played last league (although they are fairly similar).

I have a question about Brutal Restraint - my current divination roll has the following:
- +60% elemental damage
- +20 dex
- +5% atk/cast speed
- 10% avoid stun, 10% inc. non-damaging ailments, 10% inc. effect of non-curse auras

It also has +5% dex, but it's hidden under Heartseeker, so currently not allocated. Is this worth keeping, or should I keep rolling for +%dex and +%life? It feels like pretty much all the bonuses are relevant, but not optimal. Thoughts?

As far as improving the character currently, my plan is upgrading gems, leveling up (I have a good large cluster waiting for skillpoints), and then seeing if I can improve on the belt maybe. Big fan of getting more life currently.

At level 89 I'm feeling a shortage in skillpoints, if I want to get my cluster running I'll have to regret something in the skill tree.

EDIT: A follow-up question, why doesn't the build use Winter Spirit node?

In that situation with timeless jewels I buy a second one to roll, if it hits better than my current one I wear it and start rolling the one I took off.

Winter Spirit just isn't that good, gives damage but not a ton.

The chest suggested trying to make this 6 link and 5 red.. jesus its hard

Curious enough to check this out, though I'm wondering if it's strictly requiring all the uniques, or just the Hollow Palm jewel to start with? I'm sure I can work towards getting everything else eventually, but if I grab the jewel before starting out, would I be able to make any headway making use of it early, or best to make use of it after I have the rest of the pieces to this puzzle?

Using hollow palm + astramentis make going through the act is a breeze due to the damage it gives.

actually great build. i bought every endgame equipments. it cost total 10 ex. and this is awesome. i am level 93 and doing all t15-t16 maps. didnt die bosses yet. but i suggest, for mobility skill we can use withering step for mapping. dashing for bossing. because withering step you know give you crazy movement speed but also slowing enemy and gives you elusive buff. so i can dive in mobs with withering step and kill them in 1-2 hit(s). taking back dash before entering arena. because we must escape boss mechanics. in the end this build is magnificent. after toxic rain starter build i hated this league but your build saved this league for me. thanks to you!

and i used instilling orb to lions roar. and it became " used when activate travel skill" , so when i press dash or withering step, same time all mobs get knockback. after 2 hit they die - you cant die simple formula.:)

Seems quite expensive to me but interesting.

Everything same day, for really since lvl 84 i didn't take any DPS nodes, a bit hp just for smoother leveling, so on Inspired Learning, just for a bit faster mapping before lvl 96

Hey, what's our current source of Shock? I noticed that the medium cluster recommended (Cold Conduction in specific) needs shock to operate, and I also noticed the End-game PoB has 10% shock chance, but I can't seem to find where it's coming from. My own PoB has no shock chance.

Could be coming from the Timeless Jewel? Still unsure how those things work, but I'm told it's wild, so could be 10% shock from that, somehow?
