Every EU server has huge lag spikes every few zones

Same problem here... . Till yesterday everything was fine. Today it's unplayable. And I try many things like different gates, lockstep/predictive and its the same... every 15-20 seconds I got huge spike which freeze my hero for few seconds

Can't play like that (special im on HC mode)

Edit: solution which work for me is open PoE using x64 file from PoE folder instead of shortcut in desktop. Its strange coz im playing this game for so long and always use desktop shortcut and everything was fine... . Anyway good that work for me :)

How will this likely be fixed?

Can we hope that its gonna go away by itself with something at Telekom's end? Can there be a fix from GGG or do we have to fix something ourself in the config or client?
