As far as items go, I don't understand the significance of Coralito's. If we're running Lioneye's and want some decent TR hits doesn't the reduction from Perfect Agony muck things up? Or is the increased poison chance + duration really that worth it?

Quill Rain has no physical damage so you are more interested in increasing Damager over Time other than Physical Damage
Exceptional Performance for same reason. Longer DoT duration = more damage.
Poison Duration is incredibly strong with Coralito's

OK but if I'm not using quill rain? A solid amount of DPS does come from the TR hit no? (also exceptional performance didn't seem to increase poison duration when I skilled it in PoB...)
