refunding ascendancy points

Hey,
Im trying to refund an ascendancy skill point, i have 8 refund points available but it just doesnt seem to be registering since nothing happens when i click to refund it. Zuletzt angestoßen am 28.06.2018, 19:07:46

ive only put one point in the path of the templar 40STR point, id like to change that

Go to you privacy setting on your account and untick hide character tab so we can see you characters passive tree.

" This should be all you need to know. Refunding Ascendancy points is the same process as other passives but just costs 5 points for each node. If you are trying to refund the "Passive Point" Scion ascendancy passive, you must first refund one regular (non-ascendancy) passive point. This point will be removed from you when you refund the ascendancy.
