I think it's worth for sure. As for the tree, probably would look a lot like typical Ngamahu build but without a Point Blank and projectile stuff

With the aftershock delay reduced from 1.5s to 1s, you might not even need to run Less Duration. And the aftershock gets a truly enormous damage boost, both the more% and a gigantic flat damage bonus. Marohi Erqi should have the biggest possible on-hit damage with Earthquake, and if it's enough to consistently clear a screen in one shot, it could be legit.
