Need help identifying packet loss and what to do about it.

Thanks for all the help, but not even powerline is an option, because how do you run a cable with closed doors? You can't. Leave the doors open 24/7? Can't either.

I think there may have been some confusion.

A powerline adapter kit utilities the electrical wiring in the walls of your home. You do not need to have doors be open for it to work. My computer is a floor above where my modem is. The modem is connected to the adapter in the socket nearest it downstairs, my computer is connected to the adapter in the socket nearest it upstairs, and that's it - no other (visible) cables are needed.

How about this one? Does it matter if it's a different circuit running to the router and in my room? I suppose it shouldn't

That isn't a powerline adapter; it does the opposite.

Here's a link to their powerline adapters. :)

Sorry; I didn't see the edit before submitting my previous post.

I think it would, actually.

Then the cheapest one i can find in my country is 40$ and the second is 60$, not impressed haha.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ywQeJCa3jl8 Linus to the rescue, so the circuits don't matter and you are actually advised to try different outlets. But i have to get one with solid refund policy, because i'm pretty sure some of our circuitry is old and dated while we renewed the other.

I split the Extender Wi-Fi into a new SSID (for my family to use), while i connected to the new router Wi-Fi directly, the latency is much better at my end (pc-router-modem), hop 4 is ISP, but 480ms is still better then 4800ms.
I have optimized my MTU size for my network https://www.tp-link.com/us/FAQ-190.html and changed my DNS from automatic to Google's public DNS https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using
Okay so to sum it all up, i've learned a shitload about Wi-fi, routers and their settings, after 2 days of tweaking i have finally arrived at a stable network. It's been a long and f*cking tiring journey.
